Before this new resolution, the investment should be considered «good for Costa Rica» or with national impact.
From now, is just needed to invest or have investments for $200.000 in Costa Rica; lots or houses, properties, stocks, cds, etc, doesn’t matter if those are inscribed under your personal name, or under a corporation.-
Another good benefit is that this status grant the right to the foreigner to work in Costa Rica, in your own business.
