Sucursal o Sociedad Costarricense

 Existen Varias formas de hacer negocios a través de sociedades en Costa Rica, dos de las más conocidas son: las Sucursales o la constitución de una sociedad en Costa Rica:

 La Sucursal:

-          Sin complicarnos con tecnicismos podremos decir que una sucursal es una “hija” o una “extensión” de una sociedad residente o inscrita en otro país.

-          Para registrar la sucursal en Costa es necesario cumplir con una serie de requisitos entre ellos: certificaciones de la existencia y clausulas de la sociedad matriz. Legalización de estos documentos ante el consulado de Costa Rica en el País de Origen. Otorgamiento de un poder para ser inscrito en Costa Rica.

El embargo de salarios en Costa Rica está regulado en el artículo 172 del Código de Trabajo, cuyos puntos esenciales detallamos a continuación:

- Salarios menores al Salario minino de Ley son inembargables.

- El salario Mínimo de Ley se entiende como el menor salario que por decreto fija el Gobierno cada seis meses.
