Si bien existen varias opciones para crear sociedades en Costa Rica, existen dos que son las que mas ventajas ofrecen. nos referidos a las Sociedades de Responsabilidad Limitada (LTDA) y la Sociedad Anónima (S.A.). Las diferencias entre ambas podríamos decir que son doctrinales, pues en la vida practica ofrecen casi lo mismo.

On the 50`s and 60`s the business model considered as part of its great image the size, then, was easy to find huge corporations with thousands and thousands of employees, having everything on–board. At that time, was a right business decision, but what about today?
