WOS or Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Costa Rica
Saturday, February 27th, 2010After a recent relocation process we attend, we are impressed about our country. pur client has operation in India for several years, and for many reasons (time zone, distance, etc) they decided to start a research process in the area, and choose Costa Rica, and DyNCR to assist during all the process.
In a short time, we started the incorporation process, licenses and permits, and also a recruitment process according with its instructions, our HHRR department interview more than 250 options. Today with a starting team of 12, they are more than happy and surprised about how fast the team learned, and how efficient they are, they think the same work should be made from 22 in India, here 12!!
Today, this new US company is having business in Costa Rica, we are convinced why more entrepreneurs are considering Costa Rica to open its subsidiary.
