Maybe, i month ago, i wrote a blog in spanish  bringing free legal advice in Costa Rica, im amazed how many comment i have, how important information we have been share. when my web master (www.aldebaranwebdesign.com) offered me to open a blog, i think twice, but finally i agree and at this time i m really happy with this experience!!!!.-

Existen muchas formas de decretar la quiebra que establece nuestro ordenamiento, entre los cuales se incluyen al solicitud del propio gerente o administrador de el empresa en proceso de quiebra o incluso un acreedor que compruebe que el comerciante ha dejado de pagar, entre otras siendo éstas las más comunes.

En el Artículo 7 de la Ley de transito: no encontramos que en todo hecho de tránsito, …, el propietario registral será el responsable civil objetivo de las consecuencias que se deriven del uso, la manipulación, la posesión o la tenencia del vehículo, aun cuando él no haya sido el conductor del vehículo y el responsable del hecho no sea identificado en un proceso de tránsito; a menos que el propietario registral demuestre haber vendido el automotor, no siendo efectivo el poder de venta que usualmente se utiliza en el día a día.

Desde el dia 23 de diciembre del año 2008, entro en vigencia la ley de Transito, cuyos efectos en la sociedad no se han dejado de sentir, sin embargo, me gustaria comentar un transitorio que es muy importante de rescatar y que epocas de crisis economica, se torman de gran importancia.
